How do I buy?
Welcome to our section dedicated to how you can purchase our high-quality solid wood furniture. With us, each piece of furniture is created with passion and attention to detail to offer you a unique and lasting experience.
- HOW DO I ORDER?
To place an order you have two options:
1. PRE-ORDER for Standard sizes :
If you are interested in one of our products and would like to purchase it in standard sizes, we invite you to use the "PRE-ORDER" option. This allows you to add the desired product directly to the cart and complete the order. Since we do not work from stock, you will receive an estimate of the production and delivery time.
2. ADD to QUOTE for Custom Dimensions :
If you are looking for furniture with custom dimensions, please use the "ADD to QUOTE" option. This will allow you to add the desired product to your cart, and after placing your order, a member of our team will contact you to discuss the details of the customization. We will create a unique product, tailored exactly to your needs, from dimensions to finishes, to ensure that the furniture fits your space perfectly.
- HOW DO I PAY?
At checkout, after you have entered your billing information (Last Name/First Name, Address, email and phone number), the only payment option for furniture orders is via PAYMENT ORDER.
A member of our team will contact you to confirm and establish the details of the order, and you will receive the ADVANCE INVOICE , which represents 35% of the total value of the order.
- TRANSPORT
Shipping is not included in the product price. It is calculated based on weight and volume.
Because we want our products to arrive undamaged at our customers' homes, they are delivered either via the transport exchange or via Palex. Occasionally, non-fragile pieces of furniture (countertops, tables, shelves, etc.) are also shipped by courier.
The customer chooses the delivery option.
